I love movement, all movement and feel that it is a vital component of a balanced mind, body and soul. I haven’t always felt comfortable in my body, “exercise”was not my favorite. But I discovered ways to move that felt good and that made me feel great.
I found my way to yoga and pilates, to barbells and spin bikes, to aerobics and barre, and it has changed my life. It has changed the way I feel about myself and my body, how I view my life and the decisions I make, how interact with my world and what I am capable of. And this is why I feel that part of my true purpose, my dharma in life is to help people find and experience movement that they love.
