We absolutely love sharing the combination of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga! Pilates will challenge your mind as you learn to connect with the body's proper alignment and tiny core muscle groups. Barre will work your body with functional moves and props that will get the heart and blood pumping in the best way possible. While the Yoga practice will take you beyond the physical asana’s into that one spirit connection and focus. We love how these three modalities work together to help unify mind, body and spirit.

Why Infrared Panels
As you read some of the key benefits to infrared heat below, you will notice a lot of overlapping components. Which further supports how everything in our body works together synchronistically. When something supports one system of the body, it usually has a positive effect in a multitude of other harmonious ways too.
Increased Mobility - Infrared heat directly warms the muscles, ligaments and fascia, which allows for a greater range of motion. This will allow yoga students to open up, melt deep into the poses and access a deeper connection in their practice.
Increased Circulation - Infrared heat dilates capillaries in the body, which greatly improves blood circulation. This means blood supply to muscles is increased when exposed to infrared heat. The improved circulation helps to improve wounds and muscle pain, and can help lower blood pressure, oxygenate the organs and rid the body of impurities.
Detoxification - Simply put, infrared heat will make you sweat, which is a good thing because it is your body’s natural way of flushing toxins. As your body absorbs infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells and expel them into the blood.
