MONTHLY UNLIMITED, AUTOPAY

We offer the UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES monthly membership for our group classes (some exclusions may apply)
You can book Yoga, Barre, or Pilates classes with your UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES monthly membership - classes are interchangeable!
You can take a day, every day!
The UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES auto-renews every month, so you authorize The Pilates Barre to charge your credit card on file for the purchase of another UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES at the then-current price (in other words, if the price of the UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES changed during your previous month, you will be charged the new rate when auto-renewed).
If you’re on the UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES and you no-show to class, you will be charged for a single class ($25/30). If you late cancel (i.e., cancel under 8-hours notice) for a class, you will be charged $20.
To purchase UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES log into your MindBody account, go to Contracts and choose UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES. You can also contact the studio to have a team member set you up.
Each monthly payment is non-refundable.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR UNLIMITED BARRE, YOGA, or PILATES AT ANY POINT, JUST EMAIL INFO@THEPILATESBARRECHICO.COM UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE CURRENT MONTH, AND WE WILL CANCEL THE AUTO RENEW.

ULTIMATE ACCESS, AUTOPAY

We offer the ULTIMATE ACCESS membership for our group classes (some exclusions may apply).
You can take a day, every day!
The ULTIMATE ACCESS auto-renews every month, so you authorize The Pilates Barre to charge your credit card on file for the purchase of another ULTIMATE ACCESS at the then-current price (in other words, if the price of the ULTIMATE ACCESS changed during your previous month, you will be charged the new rate when auto-renewed).
If you’re on the ULTIMATE ACCESS and you no-show to class, you will be charged for a single class ($30). If you late cancel (i.e., cancel within 8-hours notice) for a class, you will be charged $20.

WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Once purchased, Workshops and Special Events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Purchases of private sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Private sessions must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance for a credit on your account.
If your private session is canceled within 24 hours (or you do not show up), you will be charged for the private session.

RUNNING LATE?

Please keep in mind, with the exception of online classes, we do not allow clients into class after the 10 minute mark. This is for your own safety as you will have missed the warm-up, and to stay respectful to clients and the teacher already immersed in the active class. There are no exceptions to this rule.

NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?

We do ask that all clients stay until the very end of class. Leaving early distracts other clients, disrupts the class, you won’t be there to wipe down your apparatus and let’s be honest- stretching is so great for your body, so take that moment for yourself! If there is a time when you know you must leave early (and you aren't frequently) , please tell the front desk and the teacher beforehand and we completely understand and will anticipate that happening that day for you and everyone else.
