Policy updates and response.
At The Pilates Barre, we prioritize the cleanliness of our studio and the health and safety of our community, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re taking additional precautions. Please familiarize yourself with our guidelines, and of course reach out if you have any questions. We will adapt and change these guidelines where needed and as new info because available from our county. Thank you!
Please do not come to the studio if you are sick or you have recently been exposed to a person who has COVID-19. If you are feeling ill, please call prior to your scheduled class to cancel your reservation. The cancellation policy will continue to be enforced, especially due to our small class sizes and limited schedule. Before entering the studio to take a class, we may require clients to sign a health declaration stating that they agree to the health and safety parameters we’ve put in place.
Clients are encouraged to wear face masks while walking in the studio. You are welcome to remove your mask once your class has begun. Please bring your own mask. If available, we will offer masks for purchase. Pilates Instructors and staff must wear face masks at all times while inside the studio.
The reformers will be positioned 6ft apart. Instructors will give verbal cues during class, rather than making corrections with physical contact.
For contactless check-in and purchases in the studio, clients will be required to use their credit card on file. For your convenience and to minimize contact, clients will be asked to maintain a complete profile with up-to-date credit card information prior to arriving at The Pilates Barre. All items sold in the studio are final sale (no refunds or returns will be permitted).
Clients will be asked to wash hands and/or using hand sanitizer up entry and exit. Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and exit.
All surfaces, equipment and common areas will be disinfected between each class, including weights, balls, magic circles and any other props used during class. Disinfectant wipes will be provided to the clients for use before and after class.
