Hi! My name is Erica.
I am a lifelong student of movement, nature, and transformation, driven by curiosity and a deep desire to find wellness inside and out.
From artistic roller skating as a kid, to rock climbing, ballet, and yoga in college, my movement background reflects a path that has been uplifting in dark times and led me to become the architect of my own well being.
In 2011, I began to share my love of movement with others as a Yoga instructor. I completed a 200 hour Yoga teacher training with Northern California Yoga Institute, while earning a B.A. in Psychology with an Exercise Science minor from CSU, Chico.
Pilates became such an integral piece of my wellness journey in 2020, that I'm now completing the Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor curriculum.
I look forward to sharing the healing power of movement with you, in a way that fosters community and celebrates what makes each one of us unique. Health is wealth!
