about AUTUMN

I initially found yoga as a form of calming the mind and used it as a form of recovery from running and strength training. It wasn’t until I took my first heated yoga class in 2020 that I came to realize how challenging yet rewarding yoga can be. I fell in love with the challenge of moving through poses in the heat & being fully present on my mat.

I completed my yoga teacher training in 2021 & have continued my education through further teacher trainings.

I am honored to be able share the gift of yoga & witness the powerful effect that moving with the breath provides our community.
