Yoga Power

You deserve 60 mins to yourself. Get ready to flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Yoga Power offers a balanced mind-body practice and integrates the wisdom from the many rich lineages of yoga asana. This well-rounded sequence tempers heat and strength with flexibility and stillness, addressing the body and mind in equal measure. Experience immediate benefits as you gently move and relax with revitalizing poses and simple breathing techniques.
