Pilates is so effective because it targets the deep muscles that stabilize your entire body, while also improving strength, balance and posture making you strong to the core.

BARRE
Barre classes combine Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet methods, that incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. Be ready for a fun, functional workout, to upbeat music and a guaranteed burn while maintaining the precision and emphasis on alignment found in Pilates. No experience needed; just a willingness to learn and have fun.

YOGA
Our Yoga classes strengthen and open every part of the body and leaves you feeling amazing no matter what the day has thrown at you. Our Yoga remains authentic to ancient yoga tradition while seamlessly integrating today's popular styles. Prepare to walk into a class that will strengthen the body with the use of traditional poses, invigorating vinyasa flows, twisting and balancing sequences, inversions, core engagement and restorative supine postures to slow down and reset. All you have to do is show up, make the decision to take care of yourself on the mat; all sorts of amazing things will happen off the mat.
